This app is very informative.

I delete it and it comes right back!!! Its like the plague its just hanging on for dear life!!! Why wont it go away once I delete it?!?!?! The people at the Apple Store cant explain as to why it keeps coming back either!!! Its beyond frustrating!!!

This is the most frustrating app ever! Its great when it works. It crashes a lot. The Emerald Card one also crashes a lot! I been trying to get my balance for over 5 hours no one helps. It crashes all the time. I tried to find my balance on this app it also crashed. I find this super annoying when I load my paychecks through the picture app and it changes me almost $20 to do that. Then my balance is always unavailable. I think I pay a lot with this check cashing service for it to never work. I am done with this Emerald card and H&R block shenanigans!

Cant even login. Crashes upon opening

Continuously log in every time I open the app, no saved email, no Touch ID login. I understand that for security features. IRS site says exact date of payment (tomorrow) when using their site yet the app still shows Information Not Available. When clicking link for IRS site it has around a 10% of not getting stuck on a white screen forcing me to close app and log back in. State Info shows nothing and links me to site. Huge waste of my time and disappointing application.

I put in my correct username and password. Accidentally put in the wrong phrase for the security question (thank you, autocorrect!), so I fixed that and tap sign in and it then tells me my pw is wrong (so far 1 login attempt). I go back to the main login screen and re-type my (correct) password and hit sign in (2 login attempts by my count) and an error message pops up telling me 3 failed login attempts and Im locked out for 20 minutes. Deleting this worthless app!

I downloaded this app to use some of the features like updating tax documents. But every time I click on the sign on option, the app closes. Im not able to check my tax status or sign into my account.

The whole app is pretty much broken doesnt allow you to view any information on your returns or their status..

Cant go to the IRS page to check status of return

I waited to see if this App would provide me with my Federal Tax Refund information before the IRS Website would. The IRS Website gave me the information first. This App will not redirect to the IRS Website and only shows a white screen. Have to Sign In every time to enter the App. Should be able to save at least the Email Address

I uploaded a bunch of receipts throughout the year and I cant get them back. Phone support is useless.

Crashes everytime when trying to log in on an iPhone 6 plus

Every time I try to log-in the app closes and kicks me out. Have tried deleting and reloading app but it still wont let me log-in. Absolutely worthless.

Enter info to check federal return status and nothing happens after hitting submit

I cant even get to the login page. The app crashes as soon as you tap in the box to type your username. Ill update my review once the app is updated and I can actually get into it.

Im able to log in and check my status etc. It also supports Touch ID which is nice.
