Crashes every single time I tap on the username input. Unusable if you need to login and do anything.

This app does not pull up any of my tax information and I have tried multiple times. Just downloaded the irs2go app and I love it!

App crashes. Probably could have done more testing before moving forward to releasing the new updates.

I was going to try and use the app and I cant even sign in. When I click on the username the app immediately crashes. If I click on the password field first it doesnt crash but again as soon as I move up to the userid field it crashes. Plus this problem exists on both the iPhone and iPad.

Every time I try to log in this thing crashes. Worthless

- Not optimized for iPhone 6+ screen. - Crashes seconds after launch. I trust The Block for my taxes, but not so for their App :(

I have had no issues with this app. It has worked just fine for me always with updated information as well.

Just downloaded the application to check it out and when Im trying to create an account and I tap on the email box the application crashes to the home screen. Disappointing.

I get my taxes done at a local HR Block office which is great. This app however is not! I made an appointment through the app, yet there was no record of it at the office. Plus whenever I try to look up the status of my returns on the app, Im either kicked out of the app, or my info is not found! Super frustrating!!

Every time I try to log in the app crashes. This happens both on my iPad Air and iPhone 6 Plus. Both gadgets are fully updated. This is a shame for H&R Block and an fix update should be released immediately!

When I can remember my password this app works great! All my info at my fingertips.

Unable to check status of return as the birthdate in the verification process continues to return to the current date. By the time either of our birthdays come around, we should already have our return.

When making an appointment without signing in not all available dates show for chosen preparer. Otherwise a great app.

Make it easier to import attachments from emails. That feature never seems to work correctly.

Crashes when I try to log in.

The app is very glitchy. Took forever for me to upload my W-2s. When I finally got everything in after over an hour, I had somehow accidentally "upgraded". I called support and asked to be downgraded back to the free version. The only way they could downgrade me was to erase EVERYTHING I had entered. Basically I had to start all over. I gave up and will be finding another tax product

Has the information I need and the guidance that is at my fingertips. Thanks Block for developing this app.
